Markham Woods Association is organized and operated to preserve and enhance the semi-rural character, the low-density residential zoning, the quality of life, the beauty and the natural resources in the Markham Woods Road area.

This includes continuation of policies that allow only residential development of detached single family homes that are either each located on a minimum one (1) acre lot with overall density of no more than one (1) home per net buildable acre, or that are clustered on lots smaller than one (1) acre, but include dedicated open space in their Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district such that the overall density of the PUD equals not more than one (1) home per net buildable acre

Markham Woods Association also serves the homes along Markham Woods Road in many other ways.  We recently were called upon by Seminole County Code Enforcement to help resolve some code violations in areas where there were no homeonwer associations.
